Raspberry Gummy Bears

This is such an easy and fast recipe. These gummy bears are healthy and super cute.

It takes about 10 minutes to make them. They are made out of real fruit which makes them have a rich taste. And they contain a lot of protein because of the gelatin. A great healthy alternative to store bought gummy bears.

You could also use other fruit for this recipe. I just think that raspberries are very good for this because they have a rich taste. I also tried this recipe with a berry mix (Strawberry, cherry, raspberry …). They tasted really good too. Unfortunately they are already all gone. 🙂

If you don`t have a gummy bear mold you could also use other forms and cut it into pieces after it is cooled down.

But here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 120g of raspberries
  • lime or lemon juice
  • 2pck gelatin (ca. 18g)
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener (like Agave nectar) I used apple sweetener

Instructions:

  1. If you use frozen raspberries let them thaw. Blend them in a mixer. Put the gelatin into a pan and add the blended raspberries, through a strainer to get out the seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the lime/lemon Juice (I used Juice of half a lime) and the sweetener. Stir  and heat up. Don`t let it boil or the gelatin will not work.
  3. Fill into a gummy bear mold* and let cool in the fridge for 20 minutes. Take the gummy bears out of the mold and enjoy.

*If you don`t have a gummy bear mold you could just use a cake pan and put parchment in it. Spread the raspberry mix on top. Let sit for half an hour in the fridge. Then cut into small pieces. They might not look quite as cool but still taste the same.
